State Licensed Human Performance Advisor
Job Summary
To support the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program, the full-time Senior Licensed Human Performance Advisor will provide strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to enhance the performance and well-being of Special Operations Forces personnel and their families in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Function as a technical authority within the POTFF program, providing oversight and compliance documentation
- Lead strategic planning and policy development efforts to advance technical readiness across global SOF units
- Provide expert consultation to senior leaders, ensuring alignment of human performance strategies with operational demands
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant consulting experience; advanced degree preferred
- Master's degree in exercise science, health science, or a related discipline, with at least ten years of experience, including five years embedded in USSOCOM POTFF
- Current certification in a relevant field such as CSCS, SCCC, or as a Registered Dietitian
- Experience in developing performance programs with measurable results for athletes at high levels
- Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
