State Licensed IAM Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the Identity and Access Management systems, the full-time remote Lead IAM Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions while managing cross-functional teams through the implementation process.

Key responsibilities:

• Enforce policies and procedures related to identity lifecycle management and IAM best practices
• Analyze, design, develop, and support identity-related software applications and governance
• Lead the development of IAM technical strategies, standards, and procedures to align with business objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 5 - 7 years of related experience in Identity and Access Management
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) within 120 days of hire
• Experience with Active Directory, Okta, or Ping
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing Security and Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions
