Job Summary
To support a growing immigration practice, the fully remote Associate Attorney will manage a high-volume caseload, draft and review legal documents, and supervise a team of paralegals while ensuring effective client relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload including various immigration applications and petitions
- Draft, review, and revise petitions/applications and respond to RFEs for filing with USCIS
- Conduct in-depth legal research and explain complex immigration concepts to clients
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of business immigration attorney work experience
- U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and member of a state bar in good standing
- Ability to manage complex case strategies and client relationships
- Understanding of nuanced immigration law concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and immigration case management systems
