Job Summary
Supporting the Legal Operations Department, the full-time remote Operations Associate Attorney will manage client escalations, coordinate legal training, and ensure legal consistency across teams while serving as a legal subject matter expert.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client escalations independently and escalate questions to legal leadership as needed
- Ensure scripts, FAQs, and client communication processes are documented, current, and accurate
- Coordinate legal training and reinforce consistent application of new guidance across operational teams
Required qualifications
- J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and active membership in good standing of a state bar
- 3-6 years of immigration law experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience using a case management software system preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email management
