State Licensed Infection Preventionist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infection Preventionist responsible for planning and implementing an Infection Prevention and Control program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain an enterprise-wide Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) program
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate IPC into daily operations and ensure compliance with best practices
• Develop and oversee ongoing infection prevention education for staff and monitor cleaning and sterilization practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infection control and prevention
• Licensed healthcare professional, with RN preferred
• Certification in Infection Control required
