Job Summary

A company is looking for an Injury Care Contract Physician, fully remote in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage employees to appropriate care based on symptoms and clinical judgment
• Conduct timely peer-to-peer calls to discuss injured employees and their return to work
• Document all patient transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Degree of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from a U.S. accredited institution
• Actively licensed as M.D. or D.O. in good standing with state medical board
• Current controlled substances registration certificate from the Drug Enforcement Administration
• Clinical experience in emergency department, urgent care, or occupational medicine required
• Experience with Workers' Compensation preferred
