State Licensed Inside Sales Consultant
Job Summary
To accelerate the growth of the PFML business, the full-time remote State Licensed Inside Sales Consultant will source new sales opportunities through brokers, conduct educational webinars, and manage a robust pipeline while achieving personal and team sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through brokers and producers to develop and manage a pipeline of PFML opportunities
- Conduct a minimum of 30 daily outbound outreach activities, including calls and email campaigns, to generate new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, guiding them through products and the sales process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of insurance sales experience, preferably within employee benefits
- Active Life & Health License required
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and the competitive marketplace
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
