State Licensed Inside Sales Rep

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound inquiries related to Medicare programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles inbound and outbound calls to prospective members and follows up on leads
• Conducts sales presentations and encourages prospective members to enroll in plans
• Orders pre-sale materials and distributes leads to outside sales representatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum one year of call center experience required or Bachelor's Degree in place of experience
• Active, valid and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license for states represented or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• For Medicare, ability to obtain the necessary license within 45 days of hire
