Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Coach (Pipeline) to support new teachers transitioning into their first classrooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide targeted coaching, feedback, and mentorship to new teachers
• Engage with teachers through online coaching, discussion boards, and virtual sessions
• Support teachers for at least two semesters to build confidence and competence

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education or a related field
• Current teacher, instructional coach, or school administrator
• Active state-specific teaching certification in an eligible state
• At least 3 years of teaching experience with knowledge of instructional best practices
• Experience mentoring or coaching new teachers
