Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Insurance Associate will meet virtually with clients to guide them through benefit options, build long-term relationships, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Meet virtually with individuals, families, and small business owners to provide information on benefit options
• Guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their benefits and ensure exceptional service throughout the enrollment process
• Utilize CRM and virtual tools for organization and follow-up, while engaging in daily coaching and professional development

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a state professional license with provided guidance
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet access
• Professional communication skills
