Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Insurance Counsel to support insurance regulatory compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and compliance support for personal auto insurance products
• Assist in product development and state expansion efforts, including reviewing documentation
• Oversee state filings and coordinate regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant legal experience in insurance or regulatory environments
• Experience with insurance regulatory filings and reviewing policy forms or reinsurance contracts
• Strong understanding of personal auto insurance products and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent legal drafting and project management skills
