Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and execution for state product launches and regulatory filings
• Research state legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Analyze competitor offerings and pricing while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience in managing personal lines insurance product performance
• 1+ years of experience managing direct reports or resources in a matrixed team preferred
• Knowledge of personal auto insurance, including policy, underwriting, and pricing
• Interest in pursuing or attainment of an actuarial or industry designation
