Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and sell Medicare products to customers responding to marketing campaigns
• Assist with enrolling customers into their insurance plans as needed
• Drive sales through an uncapped commission structure and achieve performance-based incentives

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of recent sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Life & Health or Accident & Health insurance producer license required prior to starting
• Proven track record of successful performance in previous roles
• Ability to work in a private workspace free of distractions due to HIPAA regulations
