State Licensed Integrated Care VP

Job Summary

To ensure the effective delivery of integrated care services across multiple high-volume membership markets, the full-time salaried State Licensed Integrated Care VP will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance care quality and improve member outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Market and Corporate Leadership to align integrated care management strategies with organizational goals
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative integrated care programs to improve member outcomes and operational effectiveness
• Establish and monitor accountability systems and performance improvement frameworks to support organizational excellence

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Ten years of clinical operations leadership or related experience required
• Five years of senior-level management experience in a multi-market organization required
• Five years of Managed Care experience required
• Case Management or Managed Care certification preferred
