Key Responsibilities

• Provide internal medicine advice virtually to customers
• Collaborate with board specialists and support teams to assist customers
• Develop continuing education materials and participate in improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• ACVIM, ECVIM, or RCVS Diploma in Small Animal Internal Medicine
• 5+ years of experience in Specialist-level internal medicine
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Strong commitment to service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work from a computer for extended hours
