Required Qualifications

• College degree required; Master's degree or equivalent designations preferred
• 5+ years of direct financial services industry experience required
• Life/Health License and FINRA 6 or 7, 63, 24/26 required
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate sales professionals
• Keen awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements
