State Licensed Investment Director

Job Summary

Partnering with bank and credit union program leaders, the full-time salaried State Licensed Investment Director will support growth strategies, enhance program performance, and deliver exceptional wealth management experiences while collaborating closely with institutional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute growth strategies and achieve program objectives in collaboration with financial institution leaders
• Analyze program performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in growth and client outcomes
• Support advisor recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies through collaboration with program leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably in wealth management or institution-based programs
• Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses
• Life & Health Insurance License
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% as needed
