State Licensed IT Interface Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Interface Analyst to develop, test, implement, and support clinical and administrative data interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure new interfaces and enhance existing ones for Epic applications and ancillary systems
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide efficient program/application solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams and business sponsors to identify and resolve workflow impacts

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or two years of college in Information systems/processing/clinical/engineering
• Two years of related application maintenance/development experience may substitute for degree requirement
• Five years of applicable work experience required; three years in a healthcare setting preferred
• Expertise with healthcare industry standard messaging formats (e.g., HL7, XML, ANSI x12)
• Current Certification on Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interface engine (must attain within six months if not already certified)
