Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
• Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on legal matters
• Conduct legal research and assist with operational and compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; licensed in at least one U.S. state
• 1-2 years of post-law school legal experience, preferably in transactional law
• Experience with standard commercial agreements in a business-focused environment
• Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
