Job Summary
A company is looking for a Launch Support Specialist who will interact with customers and ensure quality assurance for service orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service and technical support for products
- Schedule service orders and maintain communication with customers regarding appointments
- Conduct account audits and act as a liaison between properties and the Launch Account Manager
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in General Business preferred or a minimum of 1 year of operational experience in customer service
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Active and clean state-issued driver's license in the state of hire
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with specific speed requirements
