Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Actuary to join its Actuarial Modeling team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain financial models for cost savings analysis and ROI reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations on cost-saving strategies
• Identify and implement innovative approaches for continuous improvement in cost-saving initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or cost containment
• Familiarity with prior authorization and utilization management processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
