Job Summary

Providing essential legal support to North America Sales teams, the full-time remote State Licensed Lead Counsel will review and negotiate various commercial agreements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic improvements and manage legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client-centric legal support on commercial and legal issues to Sales teams
• Review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including SaaS and partnership agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI-powered tools and processes for business impact

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited law school with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant in-house legal experience
• Licensed to practice law as a member of a State Bar Association or equivalent professional qualification
• Significant experience in negotiating Enterprise SaaS contracts, particularly in regulated industries
• Strong foundation in data protection and privacy law
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transparent environment while integrating technology into legal practices
