Job Summary
Providing first-line legal support to North America Sales teams, the full-time remote State Licensed Lead Counsel will review and negotiate various commercial agreements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic improvements and manage legal risks.
Key responsibilities
- Review and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS and partnership agreements
- Partner with Sales and Deal Desk stakeholders to align on business objectives
- Collaborate with internal technology teams to develop AI-powered tools for business impact
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited law school with a minimum of 5+ years of in-house legal experience
- Licensed to practice law as a member of a State Bar Association or equivalent
- Significant experience negotiating Enterprise SaaS contracts in regulated industries
- Strong foundation in data protection and privacy law
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and integrate technology in legal practice
