Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Discovery Attorney to support its practice in complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery phase of complex litigation, including strategy development and oversight of document review
• Supervise and mentor attorneys and legal professionals on discovery tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and vendors to coordinate large-scale data collection and production efforts

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Minimum of seven (7) years of litigation experience with a focus on discovery and eDiscovery
• Prior leadership experience in managing document review teams or discovery workflows
• Active member in good standing of a U.S. State Bar
• Deep expertise in all phases of discovery in complex litigation and familiarity with eDiscovery tools
