Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of contracts including vendor, partnership, and marketing agreements
• Collaborate with the legal department and other teams to provide legal advice on new initiatives
• Assist with special projects and work with external counsel as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of legal experience
• Experience in the fintech payments industry
• JD degree
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Admission to at least one US state bar
