Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - Media & AdTech.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various media/adtech-specific agreements
• Ensure contracts provide protections for intellectual property, data use, and commercial risk
• Advise on privacy, data protection matters, and conduct vendor compliance assessments

Required Qualifications

• JD and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5-7 years of legal experience, preferably in media, ad-tech, or SaaS industries
• Strong background in commercial contracts and intellectual property
• Knowledge of privacy, data protection, and compliance frameworks
• Business-minded and collaborative approach to legal risk and solutions
