Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on legal and regulatory matters related to digital assets and tokenized securities
• Support compliance with U.S. securities laws and regulations for SEC-regulated entities
• Coordinate with external counsel on securities, regulatory, and transactional matters

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
• 3-7 years of relevant legal experience
• Prior experience with digital assets or blockchain-based financial products
• Experience with SEC-regulated entities, such as broker-dealers or investment advisers
