Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tactical legal advice and support to internal clients across various areas
• Perform research, drafting, and transactional work; manage litigation efforts as assigned
• Advise on compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies, and develop legal training

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree
• Current license to practice law in the state of residence
• 5 years of experience as an attorney or in a related legal role, with a minimum of 3 years in managed care or healthcare
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa or residency sponsorship
