Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to assist with business agreements and manage corporate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including sales and purchase agreements
• Track and maintain corporate records and ensure teams use current contract forms
• Collaborate with teams to develop a contract management system and support the General Counsel on various projects

Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Admission to a bar as an attorney or relevant experience for contract managers
• At least three years of experience in technology transactions
• Understanding of common contract provisions and risks in the technology sector
• Experience with data privacy and security requirements is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
