Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel - Technology & SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS and software licenses
• Support sales teams by providing business-oriented legal advice throughout the contracting process
• Collaborate on privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance matters, and assist with contract lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• Active BAR membership in at least one U.S. state
• 3+ years of legal experience in software, SaaS, cloud services, or commercial/technology transactions
• Good understanding of privacy and data protection frameworks (e.g., GDPR, US privacy laws)
• Ability to manage and negotiate commercial agreements with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong business acumen to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a high growth environment
