Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts while providing strategic legal advice to business clients
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and lead negotiations across various business functions
• Assist in improving commercial legal processes and maintain an organized contract repository

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree required
• Minimum of three years of experience as a licensed attorney with contract negotiation responsibilities
• Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department preferred
• Gaming license registration as required by applicable jurisdictions
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
