Job Summary
Seeking a self-directed State Licensed Legal Counsel, the full-time remote position will manage commercial contracts, including SaaS and licensing agreements, while driving strategic initiatives for the Cyber Security Division.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements to support commercial objectives
- Work cross-functionally with departments to close deals and enhance the legal team's processes
- Provide practical legal guidance to balance business goals with legal risks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in-house
- Proficiency with SaaS subscription agreements and various legal contracts
- Membership in good standing with at least one state bar
- Ability to work autonomously and manage high-value projects independently
- Strong business judgment to navigate legal risks and objectives effectively
