Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Legal Services - Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and revise various contracts with clients and third parties
• Provide legal advice and counsel to business teams regarding contractual obligations and risks
• Supervise the contract lifecycle process and maintain corporate governance functions

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one state and an active member in good standing with a state bar
• Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• A minimum of five years of experience in-house or at a law firm
• Significant experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Experience with real estate or hotel management agreements, technology, and marketing agreements is a plus
