Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Director to manage day-to-day operations and lead a team of Managing Attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic operational plan in collaboration with the Principal Attorney
Serve as the main point of contact for Managing Attorneys on case management and risk management issues
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards across the firm

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction, preferably in NY, CA, GA, TX, or FL
7+ years of experience in litigation, law firm operations, and legal operations
Experience in a high-growth software or tech company is a plus
