Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Director to design and scale its legal and compliance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HIPAA/HITECH compliance and navigate state telehealth laws
• Review and negotiate payor contracts and major commercial agreements
• Lead corporate governance and manage external counsel support

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in telemedicine or digital health
• Strong experience with HIPAA/HITECH compliance and state telehealth issues
• Proven track record in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
• Experience reviewing complex commercial agreements in the digital health sector
