Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Legal (Senior Counsel) to provide legal support for U.S. and global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment and labor law matters, including compliance and employee relations
• Manage employment and commercial litigation, partnering with outside counsel and coordinating internal investigations
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; federal bar admission preferred
• 2 - 5 years of progressive legal experience with a strong background in employment and labor law
• Experience in supporting employment litigation and transactional matters
• Prior in-house experience and experience with multi-state or global operations is a plus
