Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial legal experience or 2+ years as a legal knowledge engineer
- JD from an accredited law school is a plus; bar admission is an additional plus
- Extensive experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience with prompt engineering for AI outputs
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts is a plus
