State Licensed Legal Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Project Manager to support a global rebrand initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal and regulatory aspects of the corporate name change across multiple jurisdictions
• Prepare and implement updates to governance documents and legal templates
• Provide legal consultation and risk mitigation guidance throughout the rebrand process

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and admission to a bar association in a U.S. state
• 5-10 years of experience in legal corporate transactional matters
• Knowledge of labor and employment law across multiple global jurisdictions preferred
• Demonstrated project management skills; certification is a plus
• Experience in the International NGO sector and non-profit governance is a plus
