Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Claims Specialist to provide high-quality claims handling and expertise for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review coverage and adjudicate commercial auto and general liability claims
• Investigate claims, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate loss information
• Monitor litigated claims and train junior Liability Claims Specialists

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Active state-specific Life & Health/Property Casualty Insurance agent's license required or ability to obtain within three months
• 5+ years of experience in adjusting property and casualty claims
• Technical designations such as AIC and CPCU encouraged
• Knowledge of general and auto liability coverages and claims processing procedures
