Job Summary

A company is looking for a License Specialist II to manage licensing and credentialing processes for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and track provider licensing and credentialing applications, ensuring compliance with state guidelines
• Monitor license statuses, coordinate renewals, and resolve issues with providers and leadership
• Maintain accurate provider data in credentialing systems and assist radiologists through licensing processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in licensing processes within the healthcare industry
• Experience with licensing in 5 or more U.S. states is preferred
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and state and federal board websites
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and credentialing software
• Certification as a Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) is preferred
