Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Administrator to manage the agent readiness process and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage State Licensing and Carrier Appointments processes
  • Screen potential advisor candidates for eligibility in obtaining required licensure and appointments
  • Coordinate onboarding, exam scheduling, and submission of licensing applications to state departments
Required Qualifications
  • Insurance Licensing experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products, particularly Excel
  • High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
