Job Summary
Overseeing state licensing for agents and agency/principal entities, the part-time Licensing Operations Manager will manage initial orders, renewals, and CE compliance while maintaining accurate license data in AgentSync and driving licensing policy governance.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure proper credentialing of all agency and principal licenses
- Maintain and update licensing data accuracy within AgentSync
- Act as a subject matter expert on licensing concerns related to DOI and FINRA regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a managerial role with a focus on results and process implementation
- 6+ years of state DOI licensing experience for agents and agency/principal entities
- 4+ years of experience with AgentSync or similar licensing management systems
- Strong understanding of CE compliance and DOI/FINRA regulations
