Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and monitor the lifecycle of agents appointed to enable product sales authorization
  • Maintain accurate agent records across multiple systems and ensure compliance with licensing criteria
  • Collect, evaluate, and verify licensing data, updating records promptly to support downstream processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 2 years of office or administrative experience
  • Insurance background, especially in Agent Licensing, highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong alpha and numeric data entry skills; types 40-45 wpm minimum
