Job Summary

To support the lifecycle management of agents, the remote State Licensed Licensing Specialist will initiate and monitor agent appointments, ensure compliance with federal and state licensing criteria, and maintain accurate data across various systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiate and monitor the lifecycle of agents appointed to sell products, ensuring compliance with licensing criteria
  • Maintain accurate agent records across multiple internal and external systems
  • Collect, evaluate, and verify licensing data, updating records with urgency and attention to detail
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 2 years of office or administrative experience
  • Insurance background, especially in Agent Licensing, is highly desirable
  • Experience with database management is very helpful
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
