State Licensed Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Medical Staff Services team, the full-time remote State Licensed Licensing Specialist will manage electronic provider records, assist with licensing and privileging processes, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update electronic provider records to reflect changes in status or credentials
• Assist in the creation of abbreviated CVs and manage applications for state licensure and DEA renewals
• Coordinate scheduling and registration for required courses and certifications for providers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3+ years of professional experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with a proactive attitude
