State Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

To support F100 clients, the full-time State Licensed Litigation Attorney will analyze legal conflicts, manage litigation and outside counsel, and collaborate with in-house teams on corporate litigation matters while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Perform litigation management and outside counsel management
• Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience in an in-house corporate environment
• Ability to work remotely full-time for corporate clients on a contract basis
• Active bar license in the state of residence
