State Licensed Litigation Consultant

Job Summary

To address high-end cases involving serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios, the full-time State Licensed Litigation Consultant will develop strategies for satisfactory resolutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews reports and forms, responds to inquiries, and communicates resolutions to appropriate parties
• Identifies cases for settlements and manages the process, including coordinating with local counsel
• Attends mediations, trials, arbitrations, or hearings as needed and formulates defense strategies

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience, with in-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
