Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel to manage various legal responsibilities and defend the interests of a public tech communications company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage offensive and defensive litigations across various legal areas
• Conduct fact investigations and supervise outside counsel
• Collaborate with legal teams globally to optimize risk management

Required Qualifications

• Membership in good standing with at least one state bar
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in a mid-size or national law firm
• Experience in leading litigation tasks, including document preservation and motions practice
• Confidence in making informed decisions quickly under uncertainty
• Prior in-house experience in technology or telecommunications is a plus
