Job Summary
To create a meaningful lending experience, the full-time remote State Licensed Loan Officer will originate mortgage loans, educate borrowers on loan products, and manage the loan pipeline while collaborating with various teams to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective borrowers to explain the loan application and approval process
- Educate customers on loan products and pre-qualify them based on their financial objectives
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead conversion
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mortgage products, systems, and compliance
- Active National (NMLS) and applicable state mortgage licenses or eligibility to obtain them
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
