State Licensed LPN for Prior Authorization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management - Specialty Medical Prior Authorization - LPN.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and communicate specialty medication prior authorization requests
• Provide on-call after hours nurse availability for urgent PA requests
• Maintain accurate documentation and data management for prior authorizations

Required Qualifications

• Active, current, and unrestricted Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in state of residence
• 2+ years of LPN/LVN clinical experience with prior authorization experience
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Teams, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Diploma or Certification from an approved LPN/LVN program
